In order to deepen the integration of industry and education and promote high-quality and full employment for graduates, on May 29th, President Wang Yongqin leads the leadership team and faculty representatives from the School of Geography and Environment to Hebei Zhengrun Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. for a special initiative to promote enterprise visits and employment opportunities. An employment base signing and plaque presentation ceremony is also held on the occasion.
The two sides hold a special symposium on topics including university-enterprise cooperation, talent cultivation, and graduate employment. During the meeting, Wang Yongqin expresses appreciation for the company’s support of the university’s talent cultivation and employment efforts; introduces our university’s educational orientation, disciplinary features, and achievements in talent development. She notes that employment is fundamental to people’s livelihoods, and our university has consistently prioritized graduate employment, adhering to a development approach centered on serving local economic and social needs while striving to cultivate application-oriented, versatile, and high-quality talents. She hopes that taking the establishment of the employment base as an opportunity, the two sides could deepen comprehensive cooperation in areas such as joint curriculum development, practical teaching, and scientific research, thereby achieving a precise alignment between talent supply and demand.

After the symposium, the two sides jointly sign the university-enterprise cooperation employment base agreement and unveil the employment base plaque.
