Recently, the People's Government of Hebei Province officially issued the "Decision on the 2025 Annual Awards for Teaching Achievements in Hebei Province" (Guizheng Zi [2026] No. 7). All three teaching achievements submitted by our school have won honors. Among them, one received the first prize and two received the second prize. This demonstrates the solid achievements and outstanding strength of the school in educational and teaching innovation and application-oriented talent cultivation. It is an important outcome of the school's implementation of the fundamental task of fostering virtue and promoting education and teaching comprehensive reforms.

The research project "Exploring the Practice of Systematically Integrating Ideological and Political Elements Based on Local Resources and Constructing a Comprehensive and Three-dimensional "Big Ideological and Political Education System' from All Aspects" led by Professor Chen Liang, the Party Secretary, won the first prize. This achievement focuses on "Transforming Ideological and Political Resources" and is based on local advantages in Shijiazhuang. It systematically integrates ideological and political education elements, integrates and broadens the transformation paths of courses, collaboratively ensures the educational effectiveness, and creates six types of ideological and political classes, namely "cases, activities, walking, field, cloud, and I", forming a mutually integrated three-dimensional "Big Ideological and Political Education" educational system. Its educational effectiveness has been reported by authoritative media such as "Guangming Daily" and "China Education News". The project "Construction and Practice of an Applied Talent Training System for Biomedical-related Majors Based on 'Three Integration Drives'" led by Professor Wang Junqi of the Academic Affairs Office won the second prize. This achievement closely follows the development direction of the biomedicine industry, innovatively constructing a "general education transformation + professional integration" integrated curriculum system, a "integration of production and education + four-dimensional linkage" teaching system for the integration of industry and education, and a "integration of science and education + three-domain linkage" transformation system for the integration of science and education, achieving precise alignment between talent cultivation and industrial demands.

The project "Party Building Leading, Team Strengthening, Industry-Academia Integration, and Service to the Local Area: Innovation and Practice of the Construction Model for Mechanical and Electrical Specialties in Local Applied Universities" led by Professor Shi Yuanping, the dean of the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, has won the second prize. This achievement, after ten years of practical exploration, has systematically constructed a new development model integrating "Party Building and Ideological Education, Educational Innovation, Industry-Academia Integration, and Service to the Local Area", and has provided a large number of high-quality applied engineering talents for regional economic and social development.

The Higher Education Teaching Achievement Award of Hebei Province is the highest-level and most influential teaching award project in the field of higher education in the province. It aims to recognize teaching achievements that have achieved remarkable results in innovation of talent cultivation models, reconstruction of teaching systems, optimization of course content, and reform of practical teaching, and have potential for promotion.
