On May 18th, the Science and Technology Bureau of Shijiazhuang officially announced the performance evaluation results of the municipal-level technological innovation centers for the year 2026. The Shijiazhuang Pollution Source Intelligent Monitoring Technology Innovation Center successfully passed the evaluation with its standardized management and solid achievements, demonstrating the quality of the platform’s construction and comprehensive strength.
During the evaluation period, the Shijiazhuang Intelligent Monitoring Technology Innovation Center for Pollution Sources undertook various research and development projects with a total funding of 1432.62 million yuan, obtained 23 authorized intellectual property rights, presided over the formulation of one local standard, and achieved engineering applications of multiple new technologies and products. The cumulative economic benefits exceeded 5 million yuan, providing strong technical support for regional ecological environment governance and environmental protection industry upgrading. At the same time, the center deeply integrated into the school's talent cultivation system, jointly established two practical teaching bases, and fed back scientific research projects and cutting-edge technologies to classrooms and practical training, promoting the coordinated development of scientific research innovation, industrial services, and teaching and education.
The Shijiazhuang Pollution Source Intelligent Monitoring Technology Innovation Center, established with the support of our university, is spearheaded by the School of Geographic Sciences and Environment and jointly established with Jiulian Zhitong Technology Co., Ltd. and Yisheng Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. It focuses on three major directions: intelligent monitoring of pollution sources through the Internet of Things, pollution source management platforms, and pollutant emission control. It is a municipal-level science and technology innovation platform integrating research and development, transformation, service, and education.
