On May 19, Chen Liang, Secretary of the Party Committee of Shijiazhuang University, led a team consisting of the heads of the Academic Affairs Office and the Employment Service Center, as well as the leading group of the School of Marxism, to conduct an enterprise visit and job expansion activity at Zhizhen Middle School in Hengshui Binhu New Area, and unveiled the plaques for the Practical Teaching Base and the Employment Base.

At the symposium, both sides watched the promotional videos of the two institutions. Cui Shuaiqiang, Principal of Zhizhen Middle School in Hengshui Binhu New Area, introduced the school's historical evolution, educational philosophy, and its achievements in students' ideological and political work as well as teaching management. He also highly commended the outstanding performance of numerous graduates from our university who have been employed at Zhizhen Middle School. Chen Liang gave a comprehensive introduction to our university's "1396" development strategy, advantageous positioning, basic conditions of teaching and scientific research, as well as the accomplishments in normal student talent cultivation and social services. Afterwards, the two sides held discussions and exchanges on new models of educational resource sharing and employment-education cooperation, and explored building a long-term and effective cooperative partnership through co-constructing bases to boost the high-quality and coordinated development of education and teaching for both parties.

After the meeting, Song Wanjie, Director of the Academic Affairs Office, signed the Practical Teaching Base Cooperation Agreement with Ren Yinliang, Vice Principal of Zhizhen Middle School, and unveiled the plaque for the Practical Teaching Base. Xi Jiantao, Director of the Employment Service Center, signed the Employment Base Cooperation Agreement with Guo Hongli, Vice Principal of Zhizhen Middle School, and unveiled the plaque for the Employment Base.

Prior to the symposium, Chen Liang and his entourage toured the campus cultural landscapes of Zhizhen Middle School and observed classroom teaching.

This enterprise visit and job expansion activity has further tightened the connections between the university and the enterprise, deepened university-enterprise cooperation, effectively broadened internship and employment channels, and laid a more solid foundation for the university's talent cultivation and high-quality employment.
